After more than three years at Casa Medina and a few more in her hotel, Patricia decided to expand her knowledge moving to Miami on 1999. She validated her degree in Hotel Management and achieved a Master Degree in Finance with Florida International University. Also, Patricia obtained a Real Estate Agent and Mortgage Loan Officer licenses.

Due to her successful campaigns promoting and selling new construction projects such as The Plaza in Brickell, Grove at Grand Bay in Coconut Grove and Brickell City Centre as well as directing several projects in the Dominican Republic, Colombia, and Panama, Patricia is considered a Top Producer in South Florida.
