The Estates of Acqualina is located on Sunny Isles Beach and is part of the luxury complex of Mansion, Acqualina Resort & Spa.
The Estates of Acqualina has two towers totaling 154 units with sizes from 271 to 604 m2. This sumptuous project has the privilege of being designed by the acclaimed Karl Lagerfeld, and marks for him, his first interior design project in the United States and will reflect its typical style and attention to detail of finishes, features, and custom furnishings.
His inspiration comes from his last fashion show in Paris (2018). Karl Lagerfeld combined the silver and bright glass with the sun rays of South Florida to capture it in the lobby, corridors and common areas giving it an original touch and making it a unique product in Miami.
Villa Acqualina has a 4180 m2 center which encompasses all the amenities of the project. It has a full floor full of entertainment and fun, such as an ice-skating rink, a Formula One racing simulator, a golf simulator, bowling alleys, a movie theater, and the Wall Street Investment Show. The list of facilities also includes a 930-square-meter restaurant, a spa, gym, an impressive two-level lounge, and entertainment venue known as Speakeasy.
The units are delivered finished with Italian marble floors, onyx finishes in the kitchen and bathrooms, as well as Italian closets.
